Qualifications

• Proactive and technically capable Utilities Technician in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of utilities systems and energy management.
• Experience with digital tools for monitoring and maintenance (SCADA, MES, SAP, Zaptic).

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and support health, safety, environmental, hygiene, and compliance initiatives across the site.
• Operate, monitor, maintain, and optimise utilities systems including water treatment, boilers, refrigeration, and gas plants.
• Ensure quality, food safety, and environmental compliance with ISO standards.
• Take ownership of plant performance through condition monitoring and KPI management.
• Use data insights to identify losses, improve efficiency, and support ManEx routines.
• Lead continuous improvement activities including Kaizen, root cause analysis, and A3 problem solving.
• Support commissioning, start-up, validation, and steady-state operation of utilities systems.
• Collaborate with Utilities, Brewing, Engineering, and vendor partners to meet production and sustainability goals.
