Job summary

Cpl invites applications for Utilities Technicians at a world-class brewery in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. You will monitor, operate and improve utilities such as water treatment, boilers, chillers and gas systems using SCADA, MES, SAP, Zaptic and ManEx to optimise plant performance.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Brewing, Science, Utilities Operations, or related.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing/utilities/brewery environments.
• Strong understanding of utilities systems and industrial plant operations.
• Experience with process equipment such as water treatment, boilers, chillers, HVAC, or compressed air.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and support HSE initiatives.
• Operate, monitor, maintain, and optimise utilities systems.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental and ISO standards.
• Drive operational excellence with condition monitoring and autonomous maintenance.
• Use data and digital systems to identify inefficiencies and improve performance.
• Collaborate with Brewing, Engineering, Quality and external providers.
