Job summary

QCS Staffing seeks a Utilities Engineer in Ireland, Roscommon, on an initial 12-month contract in the Life Sciences sector. The successful candidate will support delivery of the project, ensuring reliable operation and compliance of black utility systems within a cGMP environment.

You will lead CQV strategy and execution for black utilities (chilled water, LPHW, steam, compressed air), contribute to maintenance strategy handover, and work with regulated manufacturing facilities to meet GMP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Process Engineering.
Extensive experience with industrial plant utilities in regulated environments (cGMP).
Experience supporting construction and commissioning on live sites.
Familiarity with GMP requirements in regulated manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

Ensure reliable operation, compliance and lifecycle management of black utility systems in a cGMP environment.
Monitor and improve system processes for efficiency, reliability and regulatory compliance.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for utility systems.
Lead CQV strategy and execution for black utilities (chilled water, LPHW, steam, compressed air) and set handover requirements.
