You will join the EY’s Salesforce team within Technology Consulting, working closely with communities of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver this change, sharing modern engineering enablement and smart automation to optimise delivery and speed to outcome. These teams have deep functional knowledge and experience across our client’s core business functions, combined with deep technical skills to lead and deliver business outcome led high quality client solutions. Our management consultants and our technology consultants are the same – client focused, functional advice combined with technology enablement, one team, one dialogue, driving change and outcomes.

You will play a key role in leading or supporting the development and strengthen existing client relationships and help our clients, who are leaders in the industry, navigate the complex finance issues facing their business. Your key responsibilities

Within the team, you'll work as part of a multi-disciplinary and high-performing team of problem solvers with extensive experience helping organisations solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution in one or more of the following areas:

Revenue Cloud:

• Lead and support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformations, enabling revenue operations optimisation and scalable monetisation using Salesforce Revenue Cloud
• Design and deliver scalable product models, pricing strategies, discounting frameworks, and billing processes aligned to evolving business and monetisation models
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to optimise revenue operations and enable seamless, technology-driven business processes
• Drive adoption and integration of Revenue Cloud within the broader Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing) to support end-to-end customer and revenue lifecycle

Market / Client Centricity

• Build and manage client relationships across sectors
• Identify client challenges and develop solution approaches aligned to Salesforce capabilities
• Create functional capability maps, delivery plans, and commercial models
• Expand stakeholder networks across client, EY, and Salesforce ecosystems
• Lead or support proposal development, including scoping, shaping, and sizing engagements

Functional Analysis & Design

• Provide functional leadership across business domains (e.g. Sales, Service, Marketing)
• Analyse current and future-state processes and define requirements using best practices
• Functionally design solutions that maximise use of Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities
• Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and validation sessions
• Ensure solutions align to business objectives and future scalability
• Share knowledge and develop team capability
• Mentor team members and support their growth
• Contribute to building a high-performing Salesforce consulting practice

Skills and attributes for success

Required

• 10–15 years’ consulting experience with Salesforce and enterprise digital transformation initiatives
• Strong functional expertise across the Salesforce platform and broader ecosystem, with a focus on delivering business-led technology outcomes
• Proven experience delivering Revenue Cloud / Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions, including product catalogue design, pricing strategies, contract lifecycle, and billing processes
• Hands-on experience with modern revenue management solutions on Salesforce (including legacy CPQ where applicable and evolving Revenue Cloud capabilities)
• Minimum two Salesforce certifications (Revenue Cloud Consultant certification preferred; legacy CPQ certifications considered beneficial)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Revenue Cloud)
• Strong ability to articulate business value of technology, particularly across revenue operations, pricing transformation, and monetisation strategies
• Excellent business analysis, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capability
• Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence business and technology leaders across functions
• Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint or equivalent)
• Project and delivery management experience
• Industry experience (Pharma, Life Sciences, Financial Services), particularly in revenue operations transformation
• Regulatory / solution assurance experience
• Exposure to Revenue Cloud / Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) architecture, including integrations with finance/ERP systems
• Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds
• Proven ability to lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies
• Ability to drive change and manage stakeholders effectively
• Strong organisational leadership and influencing skills
