Your key responsibilities
  • Supporting the delivery of organisation design and change management projects.
  • Collaborating with teams to implement project plans and deliverables.
  • Applying project management skills to support transformation initiatives.
  • Contributing to the development of operating models and business readiness plans.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and co-create solutions.
  • Supporting the growth of the People Consulting practice.
