Job description

Responsibilities

Finance Excellence: Orchestrate the rhythm of the business across all standard processes including outlook, forecast, and budget processes across all products and enterprise segments, with a focus on accuracy and business accountability. Ensure there is a cadence to support sharing results and insights across the UK leadership team, regional, and global teams as required. Link the cadence and insights to the UK business priorities and utilize standard reporting. Drive the FP&A agenda for the UK by establishing the infrastructure needed to deliver insights and drive action. Identify opportunities to improve processes and impact results and finance excellence.

Business Partnership

Provide high-quality narrative of the overall Area performance for executive and UK Senior Leadership Team meetings. Collaborate with the financial controller to manage ECIF processes, communicate updates, and maintain the cadence for the ECIF board. Drive UK business discussions through insightful and actionable analytics. Support teams in capturing short-term growth opportunities while building for sustainable long-term growth. Develop an external perspective of the market and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field, with extensive experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance, or related field.
• OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field, with multiple years of relevant experience.
• OR equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
