Job summary

Kearys Renault/Dacia Cork is seeking a Tyre-Fitter to join our Cork team. The role involves mounting and dismounting tyres, balancing, and aligning wheels, plus routine tyre maintenance and upholding safety.

You will work on-site at the Kinsale Road Roundabout location with a focus on quality service for customers. Experience in tyre fitting and wheel alignment, knowledge of tyre types, and the ability to operate balancing equipment are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in tire fitting and wheel alignment.
• Knowledge of tyre types and tread patterns.
• Ability to use tyre fitting and balancing equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Role will involve moving and lifting tyres.

Responsibilities

• Mount and dismount tyres from rims.
• Balance tyres and ensure proper wheel alignment.
• Perform regular tyre maintenance such as rotating tyres and checking tyre pressure.
• Carry out tracking adjustments and resolve wheel alignment issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
