Qualifications

• 8-12+ years experience supporting and enhancing Treasury Management Systems.
• Hands-on experience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) or similar tools for Agile project delivery.
• Solid knowledge of Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and enterprise-scale systems.
• Proven understanding of high-availability architectures, disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex Treasury environments and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Treasury Management Systems, managing incidents and on-call support.
• Develop, test, and implement system configurations, reporting solutions, and ATS script changes.
• Collaborate with Treasury teams, vendors, and cross-functional engineering teams to support business continuity and operational stability.
• Analyze and validate vendor software releases ensuring governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive engineering excellence through automation, monitoring, resilience, and technical debt reduction.
• Maintain operational standards and documentation, ensuring GDPR and IT governance compliance.
