Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment in West Dublin is seeking a Group Treasury Systems & Controls Specialist for a hybrid role (3 days in-office). You will join a large international business driving a major treasury systems project and owning group-wide treasury systems and controls.

You will lead the TMS implementation, establish governance, manage access and user configurations, and ensure policy compliance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing a Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Proven experience delivering system-driven solutions within a finance or treasury environment.
• Third-level qualification in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Experience in a multi-entity organisation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of treasury systems and banking platforms, ensuring appropriate controls and access governance are in place.
• Act as lead administrator for banking platforms, managing user profiles, authorities and system configurations.
• Play a central role in the selection and implementation of the new TMS and its ongoing development.
• Help establish strong controls and processes around the system and support effective user adoption.
• Support the consistent application of Group Treasury Policy and monitor compliance across the business.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen treasury controls and improve existing systems and processes.
• Lead internal and external audits relating to treasury systems and controls.
• Maintain relevant facility limits with relationship banks.
• Provide treasury systems expertise and support across the wider business.

Job Title: Group Treasury Systems & Controls Specialist

Location: West Dublin

Hybrid: 3 days in office

You will be joining a large international business with operations across multiple markets. The organisation has grown significantly in recent years, creating a need to further develop its Group-level systems, processes and controls.

Treasury is an important part of this development, with investment being made in the systems that support the function. This creates an opportunity to join at a particularly interesting time, with the successful candidate having direct involvement in a major treasury systems project while taking ownership of systems and controls across an international business.

As the Group Treasury Specialist, your role will be heavily focused on systems with a major focus being the introduction of a new Treasury Management System (TMS). You will drive this project, helping to establish the controls, processes and user framework required for its successful adoption. Following implementation, you will have ongoing ownership of the TMS.

Alongside this project, your responsibilities will include:

IS THIS YOU?

• Previous hands-on experience implementing a Treasury Management System (TMS) is essential.
• Proven experience delivering system-driven solutions within a finance or treasury environment.
• Third-level qualification in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Previous treasury experience, ideally gained in a busy multi entity organisation.
