Our Client in North Leinster seeks an experienced Group Treasury Manager to lead a busy, high-volume treasury function. You will oversee banking operations across entities and jurisdictions, drive liquidity management and strengthen controls.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will target automation improvements, enhance governance, and develop the Treasury team while partnering with Finance and Operations to optimise processes and cash management.

Qualificações

• Extensive treasury management experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong banking operations, multi-currency cash balances, liquidity and cash-flow forecasting.
• Proven ability to oversee complex bank reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Experience managing and developing teams within a busy Finance or Treasury function.
• Strong treasury governance, banking relationships and operational risk controls.
• Experience improving Treasury processes and driving automation.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, lookups and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Managing Group banking operations across multiple entities, jurisdictions and currencies.
• Overseeing complex, high-volume bank reconciliations with accuracy and strong controls.
• Managing Group liquidity, cash positioning, funding requirements and short-term investments.
• Monitoring FX exposures and supporting effective cash management.
• Leading and developing the Treasury team with performance management and succession planning.
• Maintaining robust Treasury governance, authorization procedures and segregation of duties.
• Managing relationships with banking and payment service providers.
• Working with Finance and Operations to improve payment processes and resolve reconciliation issues.
• Preparing cash-flow forecasts, Treasury KPIs and management reporting.
• Identifying opportunities for automation and systems improvements.
