Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Treasury Assistant based in Ballymount, South Dublin. This full-time, office-based role supports cash, banking and debt management, automation and reporting for a growing construction and engineering business.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ treasury experience and will work with the Treasury & Banking Lead on payments, bank accounts, cash forecasts and FX deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ treasury experience.
• Office-based role in Ballymount, South Dublin.
• Ability to manage cash, banking and debt.

Responsibilities

• Enter manual payments and upload payment files.
• Set up and approve new payees and manage payment approvals.
• Update bank balances and cash flow schedules.
• Produce cash balance reports at regular intervals.
• Forecast cash flows and support reports to stakeholders.
• Assist with opening/maintaining bank accounts and AML/KYC responses.
