Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in treasury management in fintech or financial institutions.
• Deep knowledge of ICAAP reporting and capital frameworks.
• Experience in forecasting, modelling, and capital allocation.
• Understanding of European banking regulations (CRR).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Owning and developing capital management frameworks (ICAAP).
• Managing group capital plans and subsidiary plans.
• Supporting business decisions with capital actions.
• Performing regular capital forecasts and evaluating capital adequacy.
• Staying current with capital regulation requirements and risk management.
• Interpreting regulatory requirements related to safeguarding.
