Job summary

Odyssey Social Care Ltd is seeking a Children’s Residential Care Worker to support young people with complex needs within a structured, therapeutic environment. The role emphasises trauma-informed practice, child-centred care, education support, and development of life skills in a residential setting.

You will contribute to safeguarding, participate in team supervision, and collaborate with families, social workers, and schools to deliver consistent care.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements include Level 7 in Social Care or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans, Placement Plans, and risk assessments.
• Provide trauma informed, child centred, and responsive residential care.
