Qualifications

• Full, clean manual driving licence valid in Ireland.
• Experience with teenagers in a social care setting.
• CORU Registration for Social Care Worker title is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individual care plans.
• Support young people with their education and routines.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports.

Skills

Experience with teenagers with challenging behaviour

Ability to implement Behaviour Support Plans

Strong communication skills

Competence in child-centred care

Education

Level 7 qualification in Social Care

QQI Level 8 in Psychology
