This senior leadership role combines technical excellence with commercial acumen. You’ll guide project delivery, champion innovation, expand our presence through business development and stakeholder engagement, and influence the future of sustainable transport in the region.
Reporting to our regional Transport Planning Practice Lead, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and be both commercially and technically responsible for managing client relationships, winning new work and delivering on time and within budget with multidisciplinary design teams. You will assist in business planning, team development and contribute domain expertise to design preparation, assurance, budget control and project delivery. Line management, motivation, development and performance of direct reports and junior staff are integral to the role.
