  • Handle sea freight logistics, liaising with ports and ensuring smooth clearance through customs and revenue authorities.
  • Work closely with Sales, Commercial, Packhouse, Goods In, and Quality teams to align transport with business needs.
  • Optimise routes and schedules to reduce delays and drive efficiency.
  • Proactively resolve transport disruptions with quick, effective solutions.

  • High client satisfaction (90%+)
  • Full compliance with transport regulations, customs, and company policies
  • Timely resolution: transport issues solved within 24 hours
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years’ experience in transport planning / logistics, with strong exposure to Irish road freight and European import routes.
  • Solid knowledge of sea freight operations, port handling, customs, and revenue procedures.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent English required; Italian language skills are a plus.
Why Join Us
  • Competitive salary (DOE) + benefits.
  • Hybrid working available (after training & business needs).
  • Flexible start and finish times.
