Job Description

• Responsibilities: Reporting to Operations Manager you will be responsible for monitoring incoming orders, scheduling of orders to drivers, ongoing rescheduling of loads and routes for both domestic and export distribution, liaising with drivers, communicating with customers regarding delivery times, updating order list, general administration, ad hoc duties, and possible travel to other site locations.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Be able to work in a pressurised team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to make quick decisions.
• Can work solely and on their own initiative.
• Good knowledge in Excel.
