What we do:

We assist clients in managing TP risk amid increasing transparency demands and complex global regulations. Our services include documentation, compliance, global TP policy design, business restructuring, and dispute resolution.

Role overview:

As a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager, you will work with a diverse team to solve complex business issues, lead client projects, and develop innovative digital solutions. You will handle challenging assignments with a focus on client satisfaction and team development.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading and managing a portfolio of clients, including financial and risk management aspects.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships and leading projects across Europe and globally.
  • Driving business development activities and enhancing your professional profile.
  • Managing project budgets and timelines.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Embracing digital transformation and integrating new technologies for client benefit.
  • Ensuring compliance with risk management and regulatory procedures.

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 8 years of Transfer Pricing consulting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Degree in accounting, economics, finance, law, or related fields; postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, client relationship management, and project leadership skills.
  • Exceptional technical expertise and market relevance.
  • Ambitious, proactive learner with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to support team development and contribute to recruitment and retention strategies.
