Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment in Dublin is seeking a capital markets professional to manage and coordinate transactions from initiation through closing. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely execution and strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or Business, at least 3 years in financial services or capital markets, and proven experience closing transactions with attention to legal documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services or capital markets.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting legal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate capital markets transactions from initiation through to closing.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, risk, and other teams to ensure timely execution.
• Support client relationships and business development activities as required.
• Review and interpret transaction and legal documentation.
• Identify and escalate transaction and regulatory risks.
• Ensure transactions comply with policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Support process improvements and other business initiatives as required.
