Job summary

Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client seeks a Senior Project Officer (Training Lead) for an initial 6‑month period with possible extensions. Based in Kells, Co. Meath, the role supports hybrid working and requires onsite attendance for meetings and workshops.

The post is 35 hours per week, paid at €32.02 per hour (€58,477 annualised). Includes 30 days annual leave and paid bank holidays. You will lead PMO training, develop materials, coordinate sessions and provide governance and

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering training, facilitation, coaching or mentoring to end users or project teams.
• Experience developing and maintaining training materials, user guides, reference documents or similar learning resources.
• Knowledge of PMO tools and project management methodologies (PRINCE2/PMBOK/Agile) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials, coordinating training sessions and supporting users through the transition.
• Provide PMO support including reporting, governance coordination and administrative duties.
• Develop and deliver training using classroom, virtual and hands-on approaches.
