Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Pest Control Technician to cover County Mayo and support our customers with effective pest control solutions. You will manage your own schedule, visit client sites, identify pests, and implement treatments to resolve issues efficiently.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, along with a clear pathway for career development. This is a full-time, permanent role with competitive pay and benefits including a company vehicle and pension.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence for more than two years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Enthusiasm for engaging with customers and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
• Swiftly tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offer practical advice on maintenance and hygiene of premises.
• Complete accurate reports after every visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.
