Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of copper cabling (Cat5e–Cat7) within containment.
• Assist with installation of fibre optic cabling in containment and fibre management.
• Learn correct cable management techniques including bend radius and tension.
• Assist with installation and dressing of cables in network cabinets and racks.
• Learn fibre optic handling, cleaning, inspection and connector care.
• Support testing of fibre and copper cabling under supervision.
