Job summary

Irish Life Group Services Limited is offering a Trainee Accountant Programme in Dublin City Centre. Over three years, you will rotate across Irish Life’s diverse finance teams, building management, interpersonal and technical skills in a fast-paced multinational financial services environment.

You will learn on the job with experienced support in an open, collaborative environment, with ACCA progression and study support including exam fees and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Third level degree in Accountancy or Business; 2.1 honours preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good experience with Microsoft Office and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 3-year Trainee Accountant Programme with multiple rotations.
• Gain exposure to general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting.
• Develop management and interpersonal skills in a multinational setting.
• Support finance leaders and contribute to process improvements.
