A leading firm of chartered accountants is seeking a Trainee Accountant for their office in Clonakilty, Ireland. Qualifications

• Achieve at least a 2.1 in accountancy or a business-related degree.
• Obtain 420+ points at Leaving Cert level (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements.
• Participate in the performance of audits.
• Compile management accounts and other management reporting.
• Prepare corporation Tax, VAT, RCT, and Income Tax returns.
• Prepare and process Payroll.
• Liaise with banks and legal firms.
• Manage client Company Secretarial requirements.
