Teamworx are looking for an experienced Trade sales Advisor for their client based in Dublin 15.

This is an exciting opportunity to Join Ireland’s leading bathroom brand- So if you have sales, customer service or retail experience in the building or plumbing trade this could be for you.

Location: On-site – Dublin 15, Ireland
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

Due to continued business growth and ambitious expansion plans, Ireland’s leading bathroom brand, is seeking a Trade Sales advisor to join their dynamic operations team.

This is a key support role focused on ensuring seamless coordination between our Commercial Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service departments. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing site orders, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering a first-class service to our commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for residential and commercial site accounts, handling all queries related to deliveries, order updates, stock availability, and scheduling.
  • Process and manage all site and project orders, ensuring accurate entry, timely updates, and smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Support Commercial Sales Managers by maintaining accurate forecasting data and monitoring key site progress (e.g. number of units supplied vs. forecast).
  • Track and manage delivery schedules in line with project timelines and client expectations.
  • Liaise with the Purchasing Department to monitor stock levels of key products and flag potential supply risks or delays.
  • Review sales trends and product run rates to anticipate issues, offer alternatives, and maintain a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Build strong working relationships with builders, merchants, plumbers, and suppliers to facilitate efficient problem-solving and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote suitable product alternatives where appropriate, ensuring the best possible solution is always presented to the customer.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent and clear internal communication.
  • Deliver exceptional service across all touchpoints – phone, email, and in person – in line with company standards.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service, sales support, or similar coordination role.
  • Proven ability to handle and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with a confident, personable approach.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency with office systems and order processing tools.
  • Experience working with purchasing, supply chain, or logistics teams is a distinct advantage.
