Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years' experience within financial services, ideally in trade operations.
• Experience with trade confirmations, settlements, and post-trade controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with capital markets and risk controls is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle across fixed income and FX transactions.
• Monitor and process trade confirmations and settlement activity.
• Investigate and resolve settlement breaks and failed trades in a timely manner.
• Liaise with brokers, counterparties, custodians, and internal trading desks to ensure accurate trade processing.
• Assist with foreign exchange operational activities and post-trade controls.
• Identify and elevate operational risks and exceptions where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Prioritise multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
