Job summary

Terra Firma Stone Limited is hiring a Tile Fitter to install tiles on walls and floors in commercial and residential spaces. You will cut tiles, prepare surfaces, and ensure tiles are flush and straight for lasting finishes. Experience with mosaics is a plus and adherence to safety procedures is required.

This is an on-site role in County Limerick with hands-on tiling duties and material handling. You will work with a trades team to deliver quality work on schedule.

Qualifications

• Tile fitter with hands-on experience in wall and floor tiling.
• Ability to cut and shape tiles accurately and prepare surfaces for tiling.
• Experience following health and safety procedures on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Install tiles on walls and floors to flush and straight alignment.
• Cut tiles to required sizes and shapes.
• Prepare surfaces and apply tile adhesive; lay and grout tiles.
• Coordinate with mosaics or decorative tiling as needed; ensure clean work area.

Job Description

Tile fitters install tiles onto walls and floors. They cut tiles to the right size and shape, prepare the surface, and put the tiles in place flush and straight.
