Job summary

Oliver James Group in Dublin City Centre is seeking a risk professional to assess third-party relationships and coordinate supplier reviews. The role focuses on documenting outcomes, risk decisions and remediation actions in collaboration with multiple internal teams.

The position is a 6-month FTC, onsite five days a week, with a strong package and full benefits. Ideal for a methodical risk professional with solid analytical skills and commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in KYB/KYC, sanctions screening and adverse media.
• Familiar with DORA, outsourcing or ICT risk frameworks.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to review supplier information critically and identify gaps.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate supplier information across services and dependencies.
• Coordinate supplier background checks and ownership reviews.
• Determine risk ratings and update assessments when needed.
• Review supplier documents (policies, certifications, reports).
• Collaborate with information security, compliance, legal, finance and IT.
• Monitor findings, remediation plans, and risk acceptances.
• Prepare assessment reports and management information using Excel and GRC systems.
