Qualifications

• Registered in the general division of NMBI.
• At least 3 years experience in OT.
• Evidence of personal professional development.
• Ongoing skills training relevant to care required for patient load.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Document nursing admission assessment thoroughly and accurately.
• Continually assess patient condition and identify problems for care.
• Develop, document and update care plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centred care.
• Maintain a safe environment and comply with infection prevention policies.
