daa is hiring an Airport Cleaning Team Member to uphold cleaning and sanitisation across Dublin Airport. You will be the face of the airport, rotating across terminals on a 24/7 roster, delivering high-service levels and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class cleaning service by ensuring high standards of cleaning and sanitisation following SOPs.
• Ensure comfort and cleanliness of all parts of Dublin Airport campus.
• Collect campus-wide trolleys for replenishment to baggage halls; monitor trolley numbers per KPIs.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including PPE handling.
• Maintain and store all allocated equipment per SOPs; report defects.
• Ensure stock is accounted for and used efficiently.
• Meet customer and stakeholder needs; ensure safety and positive experience.
• Engage with performance management and feedback discussions.

Job Description

The primary focus of the Airport Cleaning Team Member will be to ensure the quality of cleaning and sanitisation of all passenger facilities across the full airport journey in a highly visible manner.

The primary focus of the Airport Cleaning Team Member will be to ensure the quality of cleaning and sanitisation of all passenger facilities across the full airport journey in a highly visible manner.

Successful candidates will report directly to the Service Delivery Team Leaders. Team members will embrace the role, becoming the ‘face of Dublin Airport’ to convey a professional, helpful, friendly attitude and service to all Dublin Airport users.

Team members will rotate between duties on a roster basis and will operate cross-terminal and campus wide. Tasks are allocated based on demand, and team members will be required to be agile and move from areas / tasks, as directed by on-shift supervision, responding to any changes in the plan during a shift.

These roles are shift based roles and will provide 24/7 coverage throughout the airport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class cleaning service by ensuring that all general and deep cleaning and sanitisation duties are carried out to the highest standard and in line with SOPs and the Terminals Cleaning Standard.
• Ensure comfort and cleanliness of all parts of Dublin Airport campus
• Collection of campus wide trolleys for replenishment to baggage halls ensuring trolley numbers are kept in line with recognised KPIs.
• Follow company health & safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain and store all allocated equipment in line with all relevant SOPs
• Report defective equipment as required.
• Ensure that all stock is accounted for and utilised in an efficient manner
• Strong focus on meeting customer and stakeholder needs ensuring safety and positive experience
• Engage with the Company’s performance management system / feedback discussions regarding individual performance.
• Identify and deliver improvement initiatives
• Ensure emergency response procedures are implemented in the event of an airport emergency or unplanned event
• Ensure compliance with safety systems and SOPs
• Liaise with operations teams to ensure the smooth running of Dublin Airport areas
• Deal effectively with lost property left at the campus
• Maintain all car parks and roadways at Dublin Airport to the highest standard

Other Duties

• Winter Operations duties as required
• Supporting the Service Delivery Team Lead on all duties
• To operate vehicles, ride ons and equipment in a safe manner across campus (training provided)
• Complete vehicle, equipment and system checks as required.
• Ad-hoc duties
