Job summary

Flannels in Ireland is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period to deliver a first-class shopping experience. You will engage with customers, recommend products, and help the team hit store goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will maintain store standards, assist with stock processing and merchandising, and support with deliveries, pricing accuracy, and inventory checks. Shifts include bank holidays, weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Service: Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service; use product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations; support the team in achieving store goals.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain store standards through stock presentation and replenishment; support visual merchandising reflecting the Flannels brand.
• Operations: Assist with deliveries and stock processing; ensure pricing is up-to-date and accurate; support stock counts and inventory accuracy.

From helping customers with product selections to maintaining the look and feel of the store, you'll contribute to a first-class shopping experience, all while gaining valuable skills and building your confidence in a fun, fast-moving retail environment.
