Bidvest Noonan Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to manage a large site and lead a team of cleaners. You will be responsible for coordinating daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards, and meeting KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large cleaning team on a large site.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaning Supervisor,who will work at our client’s prestigious site

Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor

• Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
• Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly including audits
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
• Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
  
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Working in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public
• Working as part of a team

Job role requirements as a Cleaning Supervisor
