Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Ireland is seeking a Temporary QC Analyst - Bioassay to join the QC Biology and Biochemistry team in Raheen, Limerick. The role is a 12-month contract focusing on bioassay-based testing and data documentation.

You will perform cell-based potency and ELISA assays, maintain data records, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field; will substitute relevant experience for education.
• Experience with electronic systems such as LIMS, ViCell, SoftMax, Hamilton Venus, Labware is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests on in-process, release, stability, and/or research samples.
• Gather data and documents test results for techniques such as cell-based potency and ELISA for Bioassay.
• Perform cell biology techniques such as mammalian cell culture, preparing reagent aliquots and media for use in cell-based assays.
• Review test results to ensure compliance with standards; reports any quality anomalies.
• Complying with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements.
• Conducting testing on in-process, product, stability, and/or research samples.
• Writing and revising control test procedures and SOPs.
• Completing test records and reviews data.
• Calibrating or verifying calibration of instruments/devices prior to use.
• May assist in validation of methods.
• Involved in establishing the transfer of methodology from R&D.

When & where:

What you’ll do:

• Preferably experience with molecular biology and cell biology techniques such as ELISA, Bioassay and mammalian cell culture.
