This onsite role supports commercial biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations through data analysis, investigations, and scientific problem-solving to help ensure product quality and manufacturing performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, author protocols and reports, review process data, and contribute to risk assessments

Regeneron is currently seeking an Associate Process Scientist, Manufacturing Support to join our Process Sciences team.

This role provides an opportunity to support commercial manufacturing operations through process monitoring, data analysis, investigations, and scientific problem-solving. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure consistent manufacturing performance and product quality.

When & Where:

• Location: Raheen, Limerick, Ireland.
• This is an onsite role supporting commercial biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• The position partners closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Technical Operations teams.
• The role supports process monitoring, investigations, and continuous improvement activities across manufacturing processes.

What You'll Do:

• Support manufacturing processes through data analysis, troubleshooting, and scientific investigations.
• Author and review protocols, reports, product impact assessments, and manufacturing support documentation.
• Investigate process-related events, including out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-limit (OOL) in-process control results.
• Analyze and present process performance data to support decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on risk assessments, technology transfer activities, and manufacturing support projects.

• Requires a BS/BA in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; other degree disciplines may be considered with relevant experience.
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, or related scientific environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and regulated manufacturing environments is desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
