About This Role:
This role is for a Team Manager to run an affiliates team, with the key metric being to deliver operational KPIs. The manager will support both the Operations Manager & Head of Affiliates, with support across other channels.

Expectations From The Role:
- Implement ideas and generate lead files to achieve sales targets, with a proven track record of delivering core KPIs
- Work independently to achieve and exceed sales and retention targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem resolution skills and self-motivation
- Competitive, independent, and team-oriented
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Professional telephone manner
- Fast and accurate typing skills, good multitasking ability
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry is a plus
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in a contact centre, retail, online, door-to-door, or outbound sales environment
- Assertive, confident, energetic
- Attention to detail; management experience is advantageous
- Flexible working hours
Requirements For A Successful Application:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Operations Manager
- Support multiple channels including SMB Webchat & Consumer Partnership support
- Lead and motivate the team to exceed sales KPIs and retain existing customers while adding value
- Ensure all sales activities comply with standards and regulations
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
- Consistently meet monthly KPIs
- Accurately record and report sales results
- Present results and forecasts regularly to management
- Run weekly team meetings to maximize performance
- Drive improvements through workshops and leading by example
- Use customer feedback for product and feature development ideas
- Research methods to increase customer engagement
- Foster open communication within the team
- Implement ideas and generate lead files to meet sales targets
