Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Telesales Agent for our Naas office. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, generating sales, and arranging appointments for field-based executives.

You will contribute to increasing sales volumes while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time and permanent, with a 39-hour work week and a clearly defined base salary of €30,300 per year, with bonus/OTE schemes and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre or sales environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Good IT skills and ability to use common software.

Responsibilities

• Using outbound calls to generate and convert business for new and existing customers.
• Increasing the productivity of sales in your geographical area.
• Answering incoming queries and informing relevant parties.
• Increasing conversion of sales against marketing-driven campaigns.
• Attending and participating in monthly sales meetings.

The Telesales Agent Role

The purpose of this role is to handle customer enquiries and support the business in increasing sales volumes. You will be making appointments to new customers for our field-based sales executives.

Telesales Agent Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a contact centre or sales environment would be preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good IT skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• You may be required to pass Garda Vetting depending on the role you have applied for
