Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Athlone is seeking a Sales Surveyor to visit customers, survey properties and propose pest-control solutions. The role involves daily travel across the midlands and requires excellent customer service. Full training is provided and no prior experience is necessary.

You will work Monday to Friday with a 39-hour week, and you can earn bonuses and commissions on top of your base salary. There is a company vehicle, fuel card, pension, and ongoing industry-leading training.

Qualifications

• Full Irish driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will be meeting customers face-to-face.
• Garda Vetting may be required depending on role.

Sales Surveyor Role:

In this field-based role, you’ll visit both new and existing customers, survey their properties, and determine solutions to address or prevent their specific pest issues. As daily travel is required, you should be comfortable being on the move. Providing excellent customer service is essential to everything we do, and your efforts will be crucial in ensuring our customers are satisfied with our service.

Sales Surveyor Requirements

• Full Irish driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will be expected to work face-to-face with customers regularly
• You may be required to pass Garda Vetting depending on the role you have applied for
