• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CIS, CSE, MIS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I technical support for hardware, software, and tech issues.
• Support desktop tech across Windows, Mac, and iOS.
• Assist with hardware/software moves and configuration changes.
• Participate in technology support projects with staff.
• Help create and maintain installation guides and docs.
• Review new tech and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge base, document issues and resolutions.
• Support end-user training and communications.
