Job summary

Infosys Ireland is seeking a Technology Lead to drive operation excellence in telecom and enterprise network support. You will own major incident management, fault resolution, service restoration, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives across data, voice, and WiFi services.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, operations, and delivery teams, guiding technical staff and ensuring high-quality support while mentoring others and aligning with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise technical support, network operations, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident management and fault resolution for Data, Voice, WiFi and network services.
• Mentor and develop support engineers; drive RCA and service-improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, sales and delivery to ensure timely resolution of incidents and quality service.
