Job summary

Apollo Solutions is seeking an IT Controls Analyst to support technology audit, controls and assurance activities for a leading international consumer goods company. You will coordinate audits, manage requests and evidence, and track findings through to remediation, while contributing to governance reporting across the organisation.

The role emphasizes managing audit actions, maintaining logs, and driving improvements to audit processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technology Audit, IT Risk, GRC, Controls, Compliance or Assurance.
• Experience supporting internal or external audits.
• Experience managing audit findings, actions and remediation plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Comfortable producing governance reporting and management information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external technology audits.
• Manage audit requests, evidence and follow-up actions.
• Track audit findings and remediation plans through to closure.
• Maintain audit logs, action trackers and governance records.
• Produce audit and remediation reporting.
• Escalate overdue actions and key risks.
• Support improvements to audit and assurance processes.
