Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. is seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst for the Banking Domain in Dublin, Ireland. The role focuses on gathering requirements, delivering IT-enabled changes, and coordinating with stakeholders across banking functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience, banking IT change delivery.
• Experience delivering end-to-end, large-scale IT banking projects.
• Strong knowledge of web-based tech and Agile/Waterfall governance.
• Banking domain expertise: AMLA, Retail, Corporate, Payments, or Lending.
• REST and SOAP APIs plus API testing with Postman.
• SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL).
• Data mapping, ETL processes, and data governance familiarity.
• Experience with Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of IT professional experience, with a proven track record in banking and delivery of IT-enabled change.
• Experience delivering at least one end-to-end, large-scale IT system implementation in a bank.
• Strong knowledge of web-based technologies and Agile/Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Banking domain expertise in Financial Crime (AMLA), Customer, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, or Lending.
• Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.
• SQL and relational database knowledge, including Oracle and MS SQL.
• Familiarity with data mapping, ETL processes, and data governance.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance.
• CBAP, Agile, or API-related certifications.
