Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties in the Electronic, Mechanical, Electromechanical and/or Optical areas.
• Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, devices, or systems.
• Develops Engineering solutions using DMAIC methodology in a COS environment.
• Works from schematics, Engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
• Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed IT format.
• Performs calibration and alignment checks, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
• Provide technical support in areas such as production, operations, maintenance, safety, testing, process improvement, IT, and product development.
• Responsible for the installation, calibration, and preventative maintenance of on-line process equipment and for the preparation, maintenance, and control of appropriate documentation outlining product processing work steps.
• Provide technical support to Lean Sigma initiatives/continuous improvement projects or other task/project teams as required.
• Assist with Engineering and Manufacturing training.
• Support and participate in corrective/preventive action procedures and support the collection and trending of product line metrics.

Key Skills & Experience

We are looking for a qualified person with minimum Level 6 degree in a relevant discipline

• Ability to demonstrate Medtronic traits in their work and good presentation skills are desirable
• A dynamic team player and can work effectively and proactively on cross‑functional team
• A good communicator and fluent in English, both in writing and speak
• Experienced with computer literacy and team dynamic skills
• Knowledge of statistical tools is an advantage
