Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland is seeking a dedicated Technician to support patients at home and in hospital settings across Dublin. The role involves installing medical devices, training patients, and ensuring adherence to prescriptions and regulations.

You will gather feedback for prescribers and help maintain high satisfaction levels while tracing any materiovigilance-related incidents, working within a diverse, inclusive team in a field-based capacity.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Full, clean driving licence is mandatory.
• Garda Vetting and DBS clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Install Medical Devices in patients' homes and in hospitals according to local regulations.
• Train patients in the use of equipment per prescriptions and regulations.
• Provide feedback to prescribers on patient autonomy, follow-up and treatment adherence.
• Ensure patient and prescriber satisfaction as part of ongoing treatment follow-up.
• Trace and report incidents relating to materiovigilance.
