Job summary

Fastnet seeks a Tech Transfer / NPI Lead for a 12-month contract in Tralee, Co. Kerry. This senior role owns transfer strategy, governance, and delivery across a multi-product pipeline, with responsibility for building the team and establishing robust governance.

Summary:

An exciting 12-month contract opportunity in Tralee, Co. Kerry to establish and lead a Technology Transfer / NPI function supporting a major sterile injectable manufacturing programme. This is a senior role with ownership of transfer strategy, governance, team development and delivery across a multi-product pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Technology Transfer / NPI strategy, function charter and Technology Transfer Master Plan.
• Build, lead and develop the Tech Transfer/NPI team and associated governance framework.
• Manage programme schedules, budgets, resources and risks across concurrent product introductions.
• Lead sending-site relationships, technical package handovers and transfer readiness reviews.

Requirements:

• Typically 8+ years’ experience in sterile/aseptic pharmaceutical Technology Transfer, NPI or Process Validation leadership.
• Strong knowledge of EU GMP Annex 1, ICH Q9/Q10 and the process validation/PPQ lifecycle.
• Relevant Science, Engineering or Pharmaceutical degree with proven programme, stakeholder and cross-functional leadership experience.
