Job summary

Fastnet seeks a Tech Transfer / NPI Lead for a 12-month contract in Tralee, Co. Kerry. This senior role owns transfer strategy, governance, and delivery across a multi-product pipeline, with responsibility for building the team and establishing robust governance.

Deep experience in sterile/aseptic tech transfer and PPQ lifecycle is essential. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex schedules and budgets, and drive readiness reviews with external and internal

Qualifications

8+ years in sterile/aseptic Tech Transfer, NPI or Process Validation leadership.
Strong knowledge of EU GMP Annex 1, ICH Q9/Q10 and PPQ lifecycle.
Relevant degree with proven programme and cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Own the Technology Transfer / NPI strategy, function charter and master plan.
Build, lead and develop the Tech Transfer/NPI team and governance framework.
Manage schedules, budgets, resources and risks across concurrent product introductions.
Lead sending-site relationships, technical handovers and transfer readiness reviews.
