Job summary

Google Ireland is hiring for a Center of Excellence role within the gTech Ads Solution team in Dublin. The job focuses on helping Large Customer Sales clients achieve measurement readiness and data-driven outcomes.

You’ll partner with clients, agencies, and internal teams to prepare infrastructure, identify data gaps, and enhance data collection while tracking performance against key indicators. Individual pay is determined by skills, experience, and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of customer-facing technical support for web technologies.
• 2 years with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Chrome DevTools and APIs.
• 2 years troubleshooting implementation issues and data flow bugs.
• Experience advising internal/external stakeholders on end-to-end process life cycle.
• Fluency in English and either French or Italian.

Responsibilities

• Discover customer measurement needs by understanding clients’ annual/quarterly goals.
• Analyze 3P partner landscape and measurement tech infra with privacy in mind.
• Participate in design and delivery of a joint services plan.
• Advise ads measurement and data ingestion requirements as a consulting partner.

Job description

In most instances, this position requires in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a technical support for web technologies in a customer-facing role.
• 2 years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Chrome Dev Tools, and working with APIs.
• 2 years of experience in troubleshooting for implementation issues, such as diagnosing critical product bugs affecting data flow.
• Experience advising internal and external stakeholders (like developer teams) on the end-to-end process life cycle.
• Ability to communicate in English and either French or Italian fluently.

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field.
• Experience setting up Enhanced Conversions (EC), Google Analytics (GA4), Consent Mode, and Tagging (including server-side tagging and API integrations).
• Deep understanding of Google and competitor ads products, as well as the broader privacy-safe measurement landscape.

In this specific team we partner with clients, agencies, and internal gTech/Sales teams, providing scaled, support to build measurement readiness. This includes assessing and preparing clients to implement infrastructure, identify data gaps, enhance data collection, and accurately track performance against key indicators. Our ultimate goal is to enable clients to maximize value from Google's products and shape the future of measurement.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €114000 - €116000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
