Job summary

Google Ireland is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant, Measurement Foundations to lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales and Product Management and drive measurement readiness for our largest clients. You will design, test, analyze data, create PRDs, scale reusable solutions, and partner with customers to maximize value from Google's advertising products.

  • Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Responsibilities

  • Help build relationships with key stakeholders to deliver quality technical solutions.
  • Verify functionality of a developer product feature and provide feedback to product/engineering teams that result in improvements to the developer experience.
  • Create product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met, with limited guidance.
  • Help scale existing or create repeatable solutions (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Help write solution code in collaboration with internal or external developers/users/partners/clients/stakeholders (as needed).

About the job

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google’s online advertising platforms or product partnerships.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google’s partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

The Measurement Center of Excellence (CoE) is focused on assessing and preparing our clients to effectively implement new measurement systems, processes, or metrics—ensuring they have the necessary infrastructure, data collection capabilities, and understanding to accurately track and analyze performance against key indicators.

In this role, you will empower Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients to achieve advanced business outcomes through data-driven measurement.

You will partner with clients, agencies, and internal gTech/Sales teams, providing scaled support to build measurement readiness. This includes assessing and preparing clients to implement infrastructure, identify data gaps, enhance data collection, and accurately track performance against key indicators. Your ultimate goal is to enable clients to maximize value from Google’s products and shape the future of measurement.
