About Origina

Origina is a rapidly growing global challenger technology company on a mission to stop unnecessary technology change by helping enterprises to extend, protect and enhance their software assets. We believe organizations should be free to run their systems for as long as they choose - without being pushed into costly, unwanted upgrades that don’t align with their strategy, so we step in to provide an alternative from the original vendor.

We’re scaling fast, with a clear path to€0.5 billionin the next five years, and expanding our presence across Europe, the US, and Australia. As a leading force in independent enterprise software support, we help the world’s largest organizations take back control of their technology roadmap and unlock genuine commercial freedom.

If you’re energized by growth, excited by change, and motivated to help customers challenge long-standing industry norms, this is the team to join. At Origina, you’ll be part of a bold, fast-moving global business where your impact will be felt immediately.

This is an opportunity to really put your mark on a growing international company through the delivery of meaningful change in IT, both small and project level change.

Understanding the culture and practices of a smaller organisation will be vital. Management of project processes and tooling and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organisation with appropriate methods and language will be critical to bring stakeholders on the project journey. Managing partners and providers will also be important as many of our key systems are from 3rd party providers.

If you want to have autonomy and ability to make a difference, then this is a role for you. You’re not going to be stifled by strict best practice or corporate rules and regulations but at the same time you’re going to be a key player Origina’s journey to continue to build the IT tools required to match its growth ambitions. In doing that you’ll need to balance process and agility in a way that allows both control and pace of change. You’ll be supported in this by an enthusiastic team of professionals across our Technology & Programme Change teams, so – there’ll be plenty of support to help and accompany you in these tasks.

What You'll Do
  • Schedule and governance of the project with selection and/or application of appropriate methodologies, processes, and tools; refining and enhancing the project schedule, resources, estimates, costs and execution against an agreed milestones and cost baseline.
  • Ensure that effective internal delivery governance and standard reporting processes are adhered to.
  • Understand and review requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
  • Assign and maintain an oversight of the daily tasks while ensuring all team members are actively working toward established milestones.

  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Drive and manage risk assessment and risk management.
  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives.
  • Work with tech support team to understand critical bugs and issues and understand and coordinate their management and resolution.
  • Support business and solutions teams in developing trials and expansions with partners. Support in the delivery of external change management plans.
  • Continuous development of project process. Conduct project lessons learned and compile recommendations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
