Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €118000 - €120000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Provide cross-functional leadership focused on long-term objectives across multiple product areas.
• Manage complex programs, implement process improvements for the broader organization, and apply business and technical judgment to achieve long-term goals.
• Solve ambiguous problems with full ownership, translating vague projects into clear goals, and breaking down large initiatives into structured sub-projects and execution plans.
• Initiate cross-functional projects and processes, make decisive prioritization calls, and drive alignment and leadership across partner teams.
• Represent projects effectively across business, product, and technical perspectives.
