Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive network solutions for payment integrations. You will partner with Engineering, Architecture, Strategy, and Business teams to own requirements from concept to delivery, create epics and user stories, and ensure timely product delivery.

You will lead workshops, manage backlogs, document interfaces, and collaborate across multiple teams to deliver scalable solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for network and payment integration initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our clients Network Solutions team. The ideal candidate will drive product delivery by partnering with Engineering, Architecture, Product Strategy, and Business teams to build scalable payment network solutions. You will own product requirements from concept to delivery, create epics and user stories, prioritize backlogs, and ensure successful execution of complex integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for network and payment integration initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Create and manage epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead requirement workshops, story grooming, sprint planning, backlog refinement sessions.
• Define application integration requirements and interface designs for enterprise systems.
• Support solution architecture discussions and ensure scalability, performance, and reusability.
• Develop technical documentation including sequence diagrams, API documentation, process flows, and product guides.
• Monitor product delivery, resolve issues, and manage dependencies across multiple teams.
• Support production releases, issue resolution, and continuous product enhancements.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Technical Product Management or Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience writing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum product backlogs.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
• Experience with enterprise application integration and distributed systems.
• Ability to collaborate with Architecture and Engineering teams on technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Payments, FinTech, or Banking domain.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 and ISO 8583 messaging standards.
• Experience with event-driven architecture.
• Project or Program Management experience.
• Must have familiarity with API lifecycle management and integration platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
